administered by the College Board and co-sponsored by the National Merit Scholarship
Corporation in the United States. It’s technically a practice version of the SAT exam. The
National Merit Scholarship Program offers three types of Merit Scholarship awards to
Finalists: National Merit USD 2,500 Scholarships, Corporate sponsored Merit Scholarship
awards and College-sponsored Merit Scholarship awards.
