request is necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be

By enrolling in any program, course, training, or service offered by Score Merit, you agree to the
terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refund Requests

Refund requests may be considered only in cases where a genuine and reasonable concern
is presented and supported with relevant information where required.

All refund requests are reviewed individually based on the circumstances presented and in

2. Pro-Rata Refund Policy

Approved refunds are processed strictly on a pro-rata basis.

The refundable amount will be calculated based on:

Any completed or utilized portion of a program or service may be deducted from the refundable
amount.

3. Discounts, Promotional Offers & Special Pricing

Programs or services purchased under:

     ● Discounted pricing
     ● Scholarship offers
     ● Limited-time campaigns
     ● Special pricing structures
are not eligible for refunds.

4. Part Payments & Installment Plans

Payments made under:
     ● Partial payment arrangements
     ● Installment plans
     ● Deferred payment structures
are not eligible for refunds.

5. Group Classes Policy

Refunds are generally not applicable for group classes and cohort-based learning programs
because seats and resources are reserved specifically for enrolled participants.

6. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, users must submit a request through official Score Merit communication
channels and include:
     ● Full name
     ● Registered email address
     ● Program details
     ● Reason for refund request
     ● Supporting information (if applicable)
Incomplete requests may result in delays in processing.

7. Refund Processing Timeline

Refund requests should generally be submitted within 3 days of enrollment or before a substantial portion of the program has been utilized, where applicable.

Requests submitted after substantial program usage may not qualify for refunds.

Once a refund request has been reviewed and approved, refunds may take up to 15 working
days from the date of approval.

Processing timelines may vary depending on:

     ● Banking institutions
     ● Payment gateways
     ● Payment methods used

8. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be applicable in situations including:

     ● Change of mind after enrollment
     ● Failure to attend scheduled classes or sessions

     ● General dissatisfaction where educational services have been delivered substantially as
described.

10. Free Demo Classes

At Score Merit, we believe learners and educators should have the opportunity to explore our
learning approach before making a commitment.

We therefore offer free demo classes designed to help students, parents, educators, and
participants understand our teaching methodology, learning environment, and program experience.

As demo classes are provided at no cost, they are not subject to any payment, refund, or
reimbursement considerations.

11. Additional Information

Submission of a refund request does not automatically guarantee approval, and all
requests will be evaluated in accordance with this policy.
